Boa localização. Possível caminhar até ao centro da cidade. Parque de estacionamento gratuito dentro do recinto do hotel foi muito util. Edifico com muito charme (embora a precisar de alguma.renovacao/actualização). Funcionários atenciosos.

Breakfast was very tasty and well presented.

Sausages we're not to our taste, but that is not a negative just not our thing.

Breakfast VG as was the dining room. Food was very nice.

Floor boards were very noisy especially at entrance to bathroom. Bathroom door doesn't close properly.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Perth. Stayed in the Tulloch room on the first floor. Huge bed and big room with a great en-suite. Room had everything you would possibly need including an additional blanket and small electric heater in the wardrobe. Was impressed to even find an umbrella in the wardrobe too along with 2 facecloths in the bathroom. Attention to detail and the little extras provided is exactly why it’s beater to stay in an independent hotel rather than a chain.

Must admit, there was a bit of an odd smell around the reception area which made me think what my room would be like. Fortunately the room was amazing as were all other areas I visited.
