The staff were very helpful, we were allowed to drop our bags off before check in. Breakfast was very good with a plenty of selection. Hotel very close to the city centre and about 15 mins walk from train station.

Gute Lage, zur Innenstadt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Passables Frühstücksbuffet, frische Kaffeespezialtäten, fachmännisch zubereitet. Zimmer sauber.

Location in a quiet street close to Piazza Bra. Extremely clean. The manager/owner listened to our complaints about the noise even though it was outside his control.

Unfortunately, a nearby bar had a private party with loud music until midnight and groups of people chatting in the street. Room 14 was our original room, shower door wouldn’t close so moved to room 3. Room 14 loo was really close to the shower, very little space.

La stanza era al primo piano non insonorizzata quindi la notte non è stata tranquilla. Arredo vecchio e mancanza di manutenzione soprattutto alla porta della mia stanza e allo specchio del bagno
