Everything was very good

Rooms need a bit of updating but otherwise our stay was great, staff is trained well to take care of guests; the food variety and quality is very good, especially the restaurants for dinner. I like that this resort has umbrellas on the beach as not all resorts do.

Food and stay and enough clear water beach walk.

Service is awesome… Manuel, Rafael, Domingo and Luisa were excellent. Definitely will be back multiple more times

Large property. Lots of choices for dining. Many activities. Staff is very pleasant.

Excellent place for vacation

The natural area (beach and gardens) excellent Food was poor, especially the buffets

Grounds are well keep and cleanliness. The A/C does not cool the room and I have talked to a few people in the resort who said the same thing. Sheets had a blood spot on them and I asked for clean sheets and they never sent someone until the next day.

I sent a message a few days ago already. Our rooms air conditioning and our parents room air conditioning was only working at half capacity. We advised the front desk and they did nothing. It was very uncomfortable the whole trip as it was immensely hot and humid. As we both our fridges were at had capacity. The drinks were room temperature. The bathroom had a terrible smell from the drain in the shower. The food was great and the beach was wonderful. The service was okay. We were just disappointed with the air conditioning and fridges in both our rooms. And the terrible smell in only our room. Besides that the trip was good.
