Me gustó mucho las instalaciones , todos los lugares fácil de encontrar. El personal muy amable ! Elequipo de animación super, especialmente Rambo ese chico tiene talentos! y la comida riquísima .

No me gustó que permitan que personas ofrezcan servicios de de trenzas y masajes y luego te lleven a otro lugar lejos del hotel, mi amiga tuvo una mala esperiencia y pienso que el hotel no debe permitir eso…

Buffet ok. Certains desserts et plats inmangeables, mais la viande et les patates/pizzas sont ok. Je recommande le churrasco quand il y en a. La plage est très belle, plus ou moins propre. Une seule facheuse surprise: bouteille de coca remplie de mégots de cigarette était laissée a l'abandon entre les chaises-longues). Julian du bar de la plage était super 10/10 et faisait d'excellentes boissons. Toujours le sourire.

Malheureusement le reste du personnel était très impoli et n'a pas démontré grand professionalisme. On avait l'impression de déranger, et les serveuses refusait de m'adresser la parole. Très déçue car en principe les Dominicains du Nord et Puerto Plata sont des personnes très chaleureuses. Notre chambre ocean front était située juste à coté du restaurant (bruits & odeurs compris), et une mauvaise odeur émanait en permanence de la salle de bain. Notre télévision n'a pas marché pendant 3j, nous avons reporté le problème 3 fois, personne n'est passé. Dommage, la chaîne Iberostar est en principe excellente. Mais pour ce prix et cet accueil, je préfère aller voir ailleurs.
