Clean and tidy Service was exceptional

Bleach smell coming into unit

The room was comfortable and secure, with a nice view of the city from the balcony. I also liked the on site secure parking, amd that it was close to all the places we needed to access.

Really the only thing that i didn't like... was not being able to smoke out on the balcony. I'm not a smoker, however my partner is, and we were there for her to have surgery at the PA and while recovering, it was a little hard for her to be going up and down the lift everytime she wanted to have a smoke, I understand not smoking in the room or inside the building, but I think being out on the balcony should not be an issue.

Close to hospital and shopping centre. Secure spacious parking. Very friendly staff. Thai restaurant downstairs with delicious food.

Great location for work at TRI and access to the city. Thai restaurant great for takeaway and convenience. Staff were fantastic.

I booked the Hotel Chino due to its close proximity to the Princess Alexandra Hospital, where my partner had been admitted. It proved to be very comfortable, with all the facilities required for a longer stay. I was unsure of how long I would need the room and the staff were incredibly accommodating of this, which took a lot of pressure off. The hotel has secure basement parking and is walking distance to a Woolworths supermarket and various food outlets. There is also a very good Thai restaurant downstairs.
