Loved the decor and room. Very comfortable. One of the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good.

The safe in one of the rooms did not work. Wish their receptionist spoke more English. The one guy tried his best and was really amazing. We had to switch rooms because something or the other in the room was not working or good. Wish they sent the facilities people to do thorough checks on each room to see what needs to be fixed or fix the problems after the customers complain. They do not provide water in each room, we have to go down to the reception and pick up the water battles ourselves. Never had to do that at other hotels.

Staff was very accomadating and professional. The vibe was very different in a good way. Breakfast was great choices and tastey.

I was able to hear street noise and walking from the hallways.

La zona del bar, la recepción y la terraza, tiene bien gym

El ascensor, no se puede subir solo a la terraza o zona de bar, tienes siempre que pedir al de la recepción que te habilite el acceso y además no puedes traer a nadie por fuera del hotel ejemplo un cliente o amigo a tomar algo, tiene parqueadero pero tienes que dejar las llaves del vehículo y para la zona del bar solo te dejan estar hasta las 9 pm ..
