Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites - All Inclusive

I booked the Iberostar resort primarily for its kids' water park, expecting an average experience, but it far exceeded our expectations. The resort was impeccably clean and well-organized, from the spacious, spotless rooms to the seamless check-in process. My wife, who is particular about cleanliness due to her OCD, was thoroughly impressed and had no complaints about the room, which we requested to be pristine. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with refreshing drinks, and the staff, from bellboys to front desk, ensured everything ran smoothly. Doreen and Sean at the main pool bar were exceptional, going above and beyond to cater to our needs, including crafting a variety of virgin drinks for the kids. While the restaurants were satisfactory rather than extraordinary, they surpassed our expectations. The steak and seafood restaurant stood out, offering delicious shrimp in their surf and turf dish (note: lobster is unavailable in April and May due to fishing regulations). We encountered a minor issue when a clean water pipe burst in our room, but the staff resolved it within an hour with remarkable efficiency. They immediately offered to upgrade our room, though my wife declined, preferring not to repack. The professionalism and politeness of the entire staff were outstanding, leaving us with nothing negative to say.

Resort very nice, staff very friendly , food very good. I love the beach and swimming in the ocean, but at this resort, being on the beach was very irritating and stressful. There were three very pushy men aggressively trying to sell weed (I’m not talking about the guys on the boats selling souvenirs or other items). They would even come up to the sunbed area, and there was no peace from them. You don’t feel safe there. It was a terrible experience, even though the beach itself is beautiful. Also, the sound system in the theater was way too loud, and the shows were not very entertaining, especially for children. Overall very nice resort.

Staff were awesome! Pool bartenders made excellent drinks and were super nice. Rooms cleaned daily and we were a mess. Only complaint was the availability of water. The water station on our wing was broken. Too far to find an alternative station

Amazing week spent here! The food was all delicious! I felt safe with my children! All of the staff members were so kind, welcoming, smiling and helpful! I would definitely return

I usually don’t do bad reviews, as I feel terrible for the property, but I hoped someone had done one, to help my selection process before booking this property, that is why I decided to do. Everything at this hotel is super slow and inefficient, big lines for food and drinks, while most of the tables are empty, you ask for water or anything at a restaurant and they forget, that happened all the time. The bartenders did the drinks very poorly, worst drinks than from my college days. People selling bad things in front of the hotel beach chairs, super inconvenient, and they kept harassing you all the time. Unfortunately will never come back to this property.
