The property is under operator transaction, that is, it is going to become Hilton Hotels, but ALL AREAS are being remodeled, the dust is terrible, it is only fair that I mention that it is being remodeled and the guest decides if they want to take the room with them. risks of discomfort

Esta en remodelación y no te dan buen servicio , alberca sucia, limpieza del cuarto hasta las 6 de la tarde, no pudieron frascos de shampoo, solo un elevador funciona, pésimo

El elevador solo está uno funcionando y nos mandaban al de servicio y los num. Estaban todos lado y se perdía uno y subiendo y bajando escalares sin dar con nuestro piso y nadie que te ayude fue muy molesto

"Hotel en remodelación con varias fallas. "

Están remodelando y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, no me avisaron que estaba en remodelación el hotel. El aire estaba a 25 grados y enviaron a alguien a revisar , luego de varias horas llegó a 23 grados y fue lo más frío. Luego los dos elevadores estuvieron dañados en un momento y para subir a mi habitación fue complicado. El desayuno no era lo que esperaba de un hotel que está pasando a ser Hilton y de este precio. El personal si fue extremadamente atento. Las quejas son de la infraestructura del lugar .

"Pésimo evítenlo"

El hotel está en plena remodelación y así meten huéspedes. Me toco estar sin luz por lo mismo, sin elevador, sin aire acondicionado casi un día completo.Hay mucho ruido por la construcción, no debería estar abierto al público.

Todo bien, estando conscientes que está en remodelación, sin embargo no hay ruido que moleste, solo la recepción es un poco incómoda, pero que sea pet friendly es un gran plus.
