staff helpful although front desk often not manned which was a nuisance

the lower floor had another sitting room and dining area (not needed) but the rooms were small and dark and only one bathroom so the space could be much better utilised

The walls are paper thin and you could hear every conversation clearly in the next room or down the corridor. 40 minute drive from Jasper.A TV in the room would be beneficial

Het restaurant en de lobby met openbaar is geweldig, een plek waar je graag wilt zijn.

De kamer was iets gedateerd daar moet bij worden gezegd dat het netjes is met een heerlijke douche en past bij het authentieke karakter van het hele hotel.

Everything was great! Nice location, great spacious bedrooms, perfect view on the mountains, great patio and good restaurant. I’d definitely come back.

Breakfast was good but a little expensive. The same with dinner.

Refrigerator freezer was frozen. The door would not open. I had to defrost before we could use it.
