Cristiana Guesthaus

The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean, cozy and charming. The staff people were all great. The coffee and food were good, and I loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. The fireplace and lobby are decorated beautifully. I worked in this hotel 45 years ago shortly after college, and it still has the same rustic charm that it had then.

Breakfast was very good but poorly laid out for people to serve themselves. For example, we couldn't reach the cream from the coffee maker, and we had to walk a long way back behind the fireplace to get to it. With a little creativity, some of these problems could be fixed.

Room was within walking distance to the heart of downtown.

The room was kind of small and could be updated for the price. Carpets seem like they've passed their time for being replaced. The conditioner dispenser was broken (but being replaced soon supposedly).

Excellent breakfast. Fire in the lobby. Tables to sit at for breakfast.

Hübsches älteres Haus an sehr zentraler Lage, Parkplätze vor dem Haus, typisches Gebäude für die Gegend. Personal sehr nett, Nachmittags gibt es mega leckere Cookies und Rotwein aus dem Karton ;-). Zimmer gross und sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet

Das Frühstück hätte definitiv besser sein können, habe mir doch etwas mehr vorgestellt als Süssigkeiten, etwas Toast und Yoghurt. Kaffee war ordentlich. Der Platz zum Frühstück einnehmen ist sehr speziell, entweder man sitzt auf einem Couch im Empfangsbereich oder geht einen Stock höher an einen kleinen Tisch. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre auch nett, WiFi ist sehr schlecht

Nice location, but the rooms are tiny. I had to crawl across the queen bed to get on my side of the bed. Bathroom has no space to put things. Contintental breakfast was adequate, but nothing special and there are no tables to sit at unless you're oK sitting outside near hot tub. It was too cold for that and some people had to stand to eat. I sat on the stairs.
