Elevator was broken and I was on the 4th floor & with bad knees. I kept inquiring about a discounted rate or refund due to the pain and inconvenience it caused but kept getting conflicting and mixed answers. Very mad about this.

Die positive Überraschung während unserer Reise. Das Hotel wirkt eher neu und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und mit sehr bequemen Matratzen ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sorgt.

Das Frühstück ist definitiv verbesserungsbedürftig und qualitativ eher einfach. Auch der Innenpool ist wenig ansprechend gestaltet und lädt nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen ein.

She also sent me a text if things were good and if I needed anything during my stay. My husband and I grew up in Cleburne and moved away in 1990.
