トラブルもありましたが、対応は素早く的確でした。朝食後バイキング方式でなく私は良かったと思います。フードロスもないし、自分の選んだ定食を美味しくいただきました。

部屋の鍵の開け方が難しく、フロントの方に来ていただいた。よく見ると鍵の開け方のプリントが手元に。多分いろいろなお客さんが開けることをができず、苦情があったのだと思う。鍵の開け方のプリントがあります！と一声欲しかった。自前のカミソリを忘れ、ホテルのアメニティーグッズのカミソリを使おうとしたが、歯の安全ガードの外し方がわからず、とても苦労した。スタッフもなかなかわかりませんでした。また、何とか使ってみましたが、非常に切れ味が悪くヒリヒリ。変えた方が良いと思います。
