Good service.

There was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. Having informed the receptionist about this in the middle of the night, we were immediately moved to a new room.

El personal fue muy amable. Tuvimos un problema con la regadera y nos cambiaron de cuarto y hasta el de mantenimiento nos preguntó si todo seguía bien. Recomiendo mucho hacer uso del transporte del y hacia el aeropuerto. Cuando llegas solo debes marcar y pasan por ti, un día antes de que te retires pregunta por los horarios de ida al aeropuerto. Super bien ubicado. Cerca de todo y lejos del caos. El desayuno mucho mejor que he visto en hoteles de este estilo.

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas PERO estaban iniciando remodelaciones, así que tengo esperanzas para el futuro

Check in staff were pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the check in experience. I also appreciated how close this location was to the airport since I arrived well after midnight.

The mattress on the bed was sloped and lumpy making it impossible for me to get comfortable. The pillows were all also lumpy and hard to find a good one to use, I ended up needing to use my neck pillow that I brought during my flight. The tub in the bathroom was also a bit old and dirty looking.

"Worst La Quinta ever seen."

Gross room is furnished with what looks like thrift store furniture. White sheers were black with dirt. Bathroom door won’t stay open. Worst La Quinta I’m sure. Room also very small.
