Fullon Hotel Taipei, East

We didn't take with Breakfast. Coffee machine in lobby with some biscuits. Concierge help was provided with baggage when checking in.

1) The staff had difficulty in conversing in English. So we had to repeat a number of times. Though they tried hard, there was difficulty. One staff member was slightly rude too. 2. They had no milk/creamer for the coffee in the room or in the free lobby coffee 3. The rooms given to us were on a lower floor and though next to each other, were very desultory 4. The towels provided were not upto the mark. They were old and not updated. 5. Whilst having a bath there was no place in the Shower Cubicle to keep soap, shampoo, etc. Had to keep everything outside and repeatedly open the cubicle door to get to the soap 6. The spa and swimming pool were closed on all days except weekend. I wanted to use on a Monday, but was unable to. 7. The location is very obscure and no proper eateries around. The only way to get decent food is to call from an app 8. Not easy to get taxis here. 9. Though on some sites this hotel is shown as a 4 or 5 star, according to us it is no better than a 2 star

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel,they were very good to assist in there own little way,some of the staff were very polite to assist

We missed my breakfast twice and nothing was done about it,due to jet lag,i slept and woke up past breakfast time and nothing was done bout it.
