Best Western Huntsville Inn & Suites

It was terrible trying to check in, I paid for a King bed. The front desk tried to put me in a 2 queen bed room. This went off for a while! I even called the day before to confirm our reservations, at that time it was all good. Actually checking in was a mess!! When we finally got our room with King bed (30 minutes later), the A\C did not work properly. Office called Maintenance Man, which showed up to the hotel, but did not come to our room and left the property. We were in the room the whole time. The location was good, but service was not. I was tolded the 1st night would be refunded, but 2 weeks later, I still cannot get the refund. Not happy with the management.

Enjoyed our stay

The pool was sparkling clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My only negative was I left my expensive reading glasses there and I guess they got thrown away. I went back by two days later on my way home and no one could find them.

The location was choice had all the amenities i was looking for would suggest this location to my friends for an overnight stay.

Our experience. Not so good. They gave us the key to someone elses room. A man answered the door wondering why ww were trying to get in his room TV has no picture Phone doesn't work Some lights dont work Some electric outlets don't work Doorknob to closet fell off. Toilet seat broken Thin walls . You can hear the neighbors TV.

Room was a smoking room. Expedia lists the property as non- smoking.

Beds, linen, towels clean & comfortable. Customer service courtesy was professional. Tiolet was stopup. TV not working & they said unable to repair.

It was ok.

Location was private but accessible. Rooms were comfortable. Great staff and breakfast also. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and Reasonable, refrigerator and quiet.
