Guests booking non-refundable rates will need to provide Lago Montargil Conference & SPA with their billing details (name, address, and VAT number) during booking. Please note that all-inclusive or half board bookings for December 24th include: Christmas dinner on the 24th and Christmas lunch on the 25th. All-inclusive or half board bookings for the 31st December include the New Year's Eve Buffet Dinner. Please note that the restaurant “A Panela” (à la Carte) is available for dinner by appointment only and is subject to availability. Dress Code: Smart Casual evening wear is recommended Please inform the property of any dietary restrictions in advance. Please note that the pool bar is only available seasonally. Treatments and Massages are by appointment and subject to availability. Nautical Club activities access is not included in the price. Children from 3 to 11 years old can only use the spa area between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with prior notice at reception.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Várias comodidades, várias piscinas,várias zona exterior bastante agradável. Quarto espaçoso bastante agradável.

Interior do hotel é mau, muito confuso, os acessos no interior são confusos, a comida é fraca de um hotel de 3* tanto jantar como pequeno almoço, garagem muito escura pouca luz com acesso complicado para o hotel. Preço Qualidade é fraco.

"The hotel itself appears to be aging a bit faster than its guests"

The pools, very clear water. The breakfast was okay. Spa circuit was simple but nice. Not too crowded the gym was very nice

The pool beds were very uncomfortable. The adult pool did not have any sun umbrellas. only 1 pool bar for all the main 3 pools. very annoying having to change floors to get water, for example a lot of handles (windows, sauna door, etc) were falling apart bathroom doors making noise when opening and closing bed mattresses overused making it uncomfortable to sleep

"Gostei e espero regressar para aproveitar melhor o que não correo tão bem (piscina parque náutico)"

Gostei do tamanho do meu quarto e da cama/colchão. Também gostei da variedade e qualidade dos alimentos no restaurante buffet para pequeno-almoço, almoço e jantar. Também gostei dos bares de piscina.

A vista do meu quarto. A piscina do parque náutico não tinha a água ao nível, ou seja, não dava o efeito de uma piscina infinita.

As cadeiras estavam todas rotas, na varanda do meu quarto tinha sujeiras( cocó de pássaros já velho). Fora outras coisas.
