The Vintage Hotel & Spa Lisbon

This is my second time here at the vintage. It’s a great location - very easy to get to and lovely boutique shops around them. The room was spacious and very well maintained. Love the decor and the music around the hotel especially the roof top is on point. The staff were all extremely helpful (especially Diogo and Catarina at the front desk and Jose on the roof top) when it came to requesting a late check out or checking in earlier. Any queries were resolved quickly. They have mini spa which is a treat after travels! The breakfast food was delicious and highly recommend. The little touches such as the evening wind down treats in the room, always go a long way. If you’re looking for an affordable high quality spot which is quiet and comfortable and yet close to most spots, I would consider the Vintage hotel.

The staff, the spa, the rooftop bar with its great view and relaxed vibe—a terrific location and fabulous help with dinner reservations—all in all a wonderful experience and place to call home in Lisbon!

We spent four nights at The Vintage while in Lisbon for a city break. As soon as our taxi arrived, someone from reception was out to help with luggage. Really helpful, friendly front desk staff who gave us lots of information, before explaining the hotel layout and showing us to our room. The room was spacious with lots of storage. The welcome drinks in the mini bar and gin on the trolley, along with a birthday cake for me, created a wonderful start to our stay. As others have said, breakfast was beautiful and was always well staffed. We had dinner on our first night and again it was lovely with plenty of choice. The rooftop bar was such a lovely place for lunch, a sundowner drink or a nightcap. Again outstanding, friendly staff. Thank you for giving us such a memorable stay.

We stayed three days at The Vintage Lisbon. We couldn’t be happier with accommodations, staff friendliness and helpfulness. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. Prior to our arrival Paulo reached out us and confirmed our needs. We arrived in Lisbon after a 13 day cruise. They made arrangements for us to store bags at the hotel hours before our check-in. They provided maps and directions to some of the sights that we wanted to see. Our room was comfortable and well maintained. The welcome treats were a nice touch. We ate at the Blue Bistrot restaurant and were not disappointed. The meals were delicious and they carefully took care of meeting my wife’s dietary needs. We highly recommend The Vintage Lisbon and the Blue Bistrot Restaurant. Thank you to the staff and management for a very special stay in Lisbon. We will be back.

Fantastic, first-class experience at the Vintage Lisbon. The staff were so helpful and kind - ALL OF THEM - from the front desk to the room attendants. We had a cocktail upon arrival, complimentary water, tea and coffee and even our beds turned down every evening. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We never even heard another guest. The rooftop bar was beautiful and elegant. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and second to none. I booked the room directly through the website and received breakfast with my room. Most excellent. Obrigado for a memorable stay. We hope to return one day soon.

Attentive and friendly staff, sophisticated yet accessible room design, peaceful neighborhood without too many tuk-tuks/tourists, lovely breakfast room with many breakfast choices. we plan to return i a month or two.

Wonderful location and great people. The place was very comfortable with great amenities. From the moment we arrived with waters and help with our luggage to the time of checkout, everything was great. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the room was great. Minimal noise from the outside festivities, yer close enough to partake.

Very impressed with this hotel. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect with lots of nice bars and restaurants close by and would highly recommend this area of Lisbon as it is slightly removed from the main tourist area. Great breakfast included - would recommend booking direct as additional offers and perks made this trip superb value for money. The spa was small but as a time slot was booked this wasn’t an issue. Treatments were of a high standard. All in all wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when visiting Lisbon.

Just returned from a four-night stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and we knew it would be a special stay. We stayed in corner Suite 503, which was spacious, elegant, and had lovely views. We especially appreciated the treats left in the room—a lovely touch. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and of a very high standard, with everything we could have wanted. We also used the bookable spa (sauna and pool), which felt very private due to limited numbers—perfect for relaxing. The rooftop bar, although small, was comfortable and offered a great view towards the castle. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.
