Hotel Hiroshima Garden Palace

LOVED that my bag was brought to my room. I stored my bag at the hotel and headed out to explore Hiroshima. When I returned, check-in took less than 2 minutes, and my very heavy bag was waiting for me in my room! The internet rivaled dial-up, but the staff brought up a special modem that solved the problem. Lesson: don't get frustrated, ask for what you need! The staff was friendly and very responsive. The location is perfect for those using the train to get to Itsukushima Island. Walking distance to the historical sites of the city. The room was HUGE! I thought the price was expensive compared to other Japanese hotels. I would likely look around for better options before booking this hotel again.

エアコンが弱かった お風呂に換気扇がなく、お風呂上がると大変なことになって、トイレもジメジメで気持ち悪かった 換気扇の無いお風呂は初めてだった

フロントの方の対応が良かった。 広島駅に近い立地であった。

お部屋のTV画面が小さい。 以前宿泊したときには館内で食事ができたが、現在はできず予め知っていたら、食事後にINすべきだった。 朝食のお弁当斡旋を利用したが、栄養の偏りがあり不満足であった。

部屋にウォーターサーバーがあったので、夜の飲み物の心配をしなくてよかった。ただ、お湯の出し方がわからず、水しか飲めなかった。 墓参りに行くための帰省で利用。朝、ホテル前の地元の方の市で、お花を購入。安価で、素敵な花を買えた。
