El apartamento (salvo el sofá, lleno de manchas) estaba muy limpio y muy bien equipado, me sorprendió. La primera vez q llamamos por el tema de la fianza nos atendió un chico y muy bien

Me he sentido engañada porque al hacer la reserva no te dicen que tienes que pagar una fianza, sino una vez hecha la reserva. Las almohadas son horribles no se puede descansar con ellas. El sábado tuve q llamar varias veces porque aunque deposité la fianza no me enviaron los códigos de acceso. Me costó mucho trabajo q me cogiese el teléfono y ya sobre las 16.15 del sábado 6 me contesta una chica , le digo q no tengo los códigos de acceso y va y me cuelga. Al cabo de un minuto me llegan el email. Supongo q me identificó por el teléfono. Y por otro lado no pudimos descansar porque había un evento justo enfrente del hotel con música altísima y hasta las tres y picó de la madrugada no cesó. Entiendo q esto evidentemente no es culpa del hotel, pero entre eso y la almohada, sin descansar.
