スタッフさんの対応が良かったです(^^) ドリンクサービスが素晴らしかったです。 今の時代コーヒー一杯、安くとも150円くらいはするので、それが含まれていると考えれば大変お得です。

これと言って見当たらないです。

"貴ホテル滞在の目的果たせず非常に残念で期待はずれ"

駐車場がありチェックアウト時間が11時なこと

チェックアウト時間が11時だから11時まで部屋でオンライン会議に出る予定であったが、宿泊した日は駐車場工事だとかで車を10時までに出せと言うことで、離れた駐車場を案内されたが、私は足と腰に異常があり身障者用スペースを敢えて予約している身なのでその距離を歩くことが大変苦痛でフロントで何らかの救済策を尋ねたら「10時までに出してください」の一点張りで11時チェックアウトの利点が効かず10時前にチェックアウトせざるを得ない状況になってしまった。そもそもチェックアウト時間までは工事予定入れないとか、身障者用スペースのみでも工事を11時からにしていただくとか、客の事情は一律ではないのでそのくらいの融通や配慮、言い方はあるのではないかと思う。設定されたチェックアウト時間前にホテル事情でチェックアウトせざるを得ない状況になるのは非常に心外 お陰で10時前にチェックアウトし向かいのコンビニの駐車場で車の中から会議出席

私が二人部屋を頼んだつもりが、一人部屋になっていたところ、都合をつけてくれて無事宿泊出来て助かりました。ありがとうございました。追加スリッパもありがとうございます😊

食堂が、少々寒かった。少し暗いかんじがしました。電気と、暖房の節約？かもしれません。

"Nickel"

Personnel sympa, mais parlant uniquement Jap. J'étais dans une chambre au 4eme étage juste à côté du coin machine à laver, nickel. Dans la pièce où il y à les 2 machines à laver, il y avait 2 sèche-linge ainsi qu'un distributeur gratuit à glaçon et gobelet ainsi qu'un micro-onde et distributeur de boisson. Concernant l'emplacement, 10min à pied de la gare, 7eleven juste en face de l'hôtel et sur le trajet gare<>métro, il y à un supermarché. Pas beaucoup d'étrangers dans le coin mdr, je devais bien être le seul ;)

Rien. Il y en a qui peuvent dire pour l'emplacement, comme quoi c'est loin de la gare de tokyo (par ex), mais on ne choisit pas cet hôtel pour cela :)
