Tenia reservada una cama doble y cuando llegué me convencieron para darme una habitación de tres camas para que “tuviéramos más espacio”, después de decir varias veces que con la doble estaba bien.

Good room. Clear written instructions on how to check in, find it, etc. Kettle was a big plus

I like a check in person, didnt see a person the whole time there for questions, etc.
