Regis Hotel

I spent there few days, the hotel is great in comparison to the low fees, it is only 2 minutes from the beach , the staff are so kind (specially Zafer, Hassan and Galal ) and will help you as much as they can , I strongly recommend it for low budget trips and if i returned to lebanon i hope i will go there again.

the location is more than perfect. 5 mins walking from zaitona bay and beriut central and 20 mins from Hamra street. Staff is very friendly but the room are very basic and furniture should be changed. if you are a solo travel with small budget, this is your best choice other wise, select another hotel

very good staff and hospitality , very nice and helpful I enjoyed my stay there , the location is good by the see although I couldn't see it from my room , we have some troubles with hot water but not all the time , they offered us very helpful information and very nice coffee

OK so it's not a plush room you get but for the location and the fact the beds are comfortable (we experienced a lot worse in pricier places) I could think of worse places to stay. Night staff are not the most chirpiest but look out for Hadi in the morning - extremely helpful and full of local insights. Yes the bathroom is a lot to be desired (maybe splurge on a pricier hotel in the middle of your trip) - think wet room that you have to mop up for a good 10m mins EVERY TIME you use the shower and the floor though it looked clean was not but at this price in Beirut, needs must. Oh and take some ear plugs - boy racers and hedonists abound down that tiny street to the wee hours.

The hotel is very old and need to be thoroughly renovated The rooms are too small The beds are also small, old and uncomfortable There are no wireless Internet in the rooms and this is different as mentioned in the website

Great staff and excellent location. Needs some work but for the price you can't go wrong!

Can't fault this hotel. Room was tidy, the water in the bathroom was fresh, sometimes is Beirut its sea water and the air con was perfect. Additionally the hotel had free wi-fi, a serious plus in this city where most hotels charge. It suffers, as do all hotels, from brown and black outs. It's not the Ritz. This is a hotel when you are looking for somewhere to sleep at the end of the day, get up and go. They're friendly and I can recommend it.

The best thing in this hotel is its location which is central in Beirut. few minutes walk from Zaitona Pay and solidiere . 15 minutes walk from Hamra street. The staff are friendly and the hotel offer a free internet access in the lobby. The room is a basic one, with air-condition, refrigerator, a satteliite TV and a private Bathroom. The beds need to be renewed. I certainly recommend this hotel for those who want just to sleep and to stay all the day outside doors.

My husband and I stayed in the Regis Hotel for 2 nights this week. We wanted a budget hotel and were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, everything worked (except the Beirut air con which is beyond hotel staff control). The staff were great and we will stay there again!

That would be my last time reserving in such a hotel!!...
