the stairs are too narrow and stiff, not safe especially going up and down with luggage. We were provided with 2 old bathroom towels, 1 with stain and 1 with 2 big holes. The staff are not friendly at all

The location is unbeatable A++ it's an older building, but clean and well worth the cost compared to anything in the area & the a/c works great !!

Walking distance to Chateau Frontenac , restaurants and shopping areas for souvenirs.This is an old building and has no amenities, rooms are small and has no elevators. The stairs are a bit steep and run down. Very good location.

Staff is friendly. Located in a really good area, just the building is too old, not sound proof at all. People back to hotel in midnight and kept talking, woke couple times because of the noise from other guest.
