Emme saaneet parvekkeelista huonetta puiston puolelta, jonka olin varannut ja maksanut. Meille annettiin huone ilman parveketta. Ei mitään seltystä miksi näin, kun vain että on kuulema 1 huone jossa ei parveketta ja se nyt sattui meille ja hotelli oli täynnä.Pitkän neuvottelun jälkeen sain halvemman huoneen parvekkeella pihan puolelta. Ei hyvitystä koska varattu bookingin kautta. Olin hyvin pettynyt tähän toimintaan. Huoneessa tosi kuuma ei ilmastointia.
