"Лучше чистить унитазы или вообще их поменять - так как есть каменные образование по ободку и на месте слива."

Расположение отеля очень удобное, не далеко центр города и крепость - главные достопримечательности в Курессааре

Обслуживание номеров оставляет желать лучшего… за четыре дня меняли только полотенце, один раз добавили чай и кофе, питьевой воды в номере не было предложено вообще, постельное белье не меняли ни разу за 4 дня.. на полу оставались крошки песок.. При заезде номер был убран плохо, в раковине лежал длинный черный волос.

Отсутствие в номере кондиционера. Не понятное расположение телевизора в спальной зоне. В зону СПА необходимо брать с собой полотенца из номера.
