Hello! extremely bad experience with the hotel. I made a reservation through booking. the money went down. the hotel administration employee did not see it when he arrived. however, they gave a room. they said that it is not possible to get the beauty services and dinner included in the package. the room was extremely old, smelly and the walls were black. when I went to check out in the morning, I was told that they couldn't see my reservation and I had to pay double or the hotel director threatened to call the police. I showed the hotel employee that I had paid, but he didn't believe me. told to contact booking himself and did not back down on demand. gave me a check to prove payment for the stay. I paid because I was afraid the police would be called and my vacation would be ruined. further communicating with booking, the hotel claimed that everything is fine with the payment and that I have instead paid for the spa services separately. in fact it is not. I paid for the night. I have written to the hotel management, but no one has answered. I file a complaint with the consumer protection and hope to get my double payment back from booking. be warned about this hotel. employees lie and steal.

The food was excellent to my taste. It was the kind of cooking your grandma would do. Maybe some people would prefer more gourment dishes, but everything was seasoned well. I had some of the best saltibarsciai and curd pudding I've ever had in Lithuania. We had nice pork and fish main entrees and the salads were excellent. The building was spotless. All the floors look polished all the time. My room was cozy with a nice balcony. Bathroom was very nice as well. I think they are in the process of renovating many of the rooms.

The procedures for commercial guests( other guests are there with state insurance for serious rehabilitation from traumatic injuries) were a little lacking. I was hoping to get some more serious procedures for my neck and spine. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice also. They appeared to be understaffed in many areas, but they were helpful. Also, the resort is at the very end of Sventoji, so it is a little isolated. The beach is not as attractive as the beach at Palanga.

Great location very close to the beach. Property is easy to reach from Palanga Airport by bus No 3. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was cold inside the hotel had to wear worm clothing all the time, however our visit was in February. Food was simple and repetitive, could have been better considering how much we paid for it.

Location near the sea

The quality of procedures, the organisation of them (we have a schedule of procedures, but it was only in the paper) . There are no staff, they were late, it doesn"t matter for them the satisfaction of clients after the procedures. It was cold in the room. It was written that we will have a bath, but it was only a shower inside. The building and equipment is very old.The woman, working in the registraton, was so slow, she didn't show any interest in helping the clients to understand where and who will work with you. The sauna is opened from 7 a.m., but only at 8 a.m. it is ready to use it (70 celsius), so if you want to take it, you can't, cause the breakfast is from 8 a.m. and procedures are from 9 a.m. There is a possibility to chose the food, but the quality of it was awful - vegetables were overcooked. For example, if there was a jelly for a supper, so what's left after it, were offered for a dinner next day..The same was with fruits.
