"Personeel volstrekt niet klantvriendelijk."

Prachtige ligging en sfeervol.

Als je om 19:30 binnen stapt, na ellenlange files, en je kunt niet meer dineren is dat onacceptabel. Meneer zei letterlijk ik heb al 28 klanten 'gedaan' en laat het daarbij! Verre van klantvriendelijk. Temeer daar Noorbeek vrijwel geen diner keuzes biedt qua restaurants.

"Rustig hotel op een mooie locatue"

De locatie: rustig tussen de heuvels en Noorbeek is een pittoresk dorp

Het onderhoud van de houtwerk en muren binnen. veel scheuren barstenen stukwerk en de houten kozijnen waren niet of slecht gelakt.

Ontbijt

Dat boeking.com een fout nog niet heeft rechtgezet vindt ik het vreemd dat ik als gast dit moet gaan oplossen. Gastheerschap ( hospitality)  is hier ver te zoeken. Na dat ik dit zelf heb opgelost en eindelijk de sleutel krijg vraag ik of we zo wat kunnen eten, NEE is het antwoord ik ben alleen en heb genoeg tafel bezet. Ook hier is hospitality ver te zoeken. Misschien zou de leiding van het hotel eens langs moeten gaan 80 meter verderop bij eetcafe Joris, hospitality is daar in orde. Dus eindresultaat is dat we hier( hotel fletcher Bon Repos )niet meer komen in de toekomst.

"Prachtig omgeving en mooi kamer en heerlijk ontbeten!"

Lekker ontbijt in buffet vorm echt van genoten

De mevrouw die ons ontving en ook zij was bij het ontbijt ze was echt onaardig en als het niet liep zo als zij wilde werd ze onaardig dat kan gewoon niet klant is koning maar dat bed niet bij haar dat vonden wij erg jammer verder heerlijk genoten!
