Park car outside of room Clean

Paid on arrival, sign offering special rates, yet unable to get special rates as I’d already booked. Refused a special deal! Didn’t want to make a scene. Looked at the offer was $100 NZ dollars cheaper. Should have gone elsewhere. In the quiet season don’t book Ahead. Plan a few places and book on the day

The host provided a friendly kiwi welcome, the unit was warm enough with use of heat pump and electric blankets. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Also had basic cooking facilities if you need although we didnt use them in this instance. Good shower pressure. Theres also a garden store/cafe next door.

Nothing really to fault, it is a motel. If I had to pick something it would be the bit of road noise being a unit on road side of a busy main road but wasnt enough to bother us. Also noticed some earplugs in the bedside drawer too if you wanted them which was accommodating but we didnt need them in this instance.
