Great place for kids! Great facilities and food options

Bit noisy and not much supplied in room in way of plates, cups, knives and forks etc

The pool area and daily activities - the staff were helpful

The bathroom has no fan, potential mold in the room and the lighting was poor. Only 2 lights for the space. Carpet is not clean and the sheets made me feel itchy - not just me but others in my group too. There was a place by the pool to place wet towels but you had to go to the front desk to get new clean towels.

I loved the resort playgrounds and water activities the stage was wonderful the little performances all around will definitely be making it a yearly thing

There was a mouse in the pool and it took a while for the staff to act on it and some of the stuff in the room was broken and quite pricey for some activities but was wonderful all around

Lots to do for the kids.

Waiting times on food 40 mins for simple no cook items, the room was a rush cleaned, bathroom walls had hand prints that you can see. A hit and miss with customer service.

Staff: outside in water park need to be more active … few were just standing around joking with each other having fun and dancing which is great , for atmosphere but not for guest safety, and also suggest a lifeguard…. The room: (tea caddy’s) they only offered 2 tea bags and a few sugars and two small milk bottles. I think you should offer at least 4 of each tea ect…. No bowls for the kids to have cereal and no microwave to warm oats…. Also there were no spare blankets or pillows in cupboards, should have spare sitting in cupboard in the rooms rather than calling reception. Our phone didn’t even work anyway. Room 2449 The balcony door didn’t close properly, locks need to be redone properly for guests to feel safe! Even when clipped you can pull the door open easy….

Exceeded expectations family had a ball Really enjoyed activities especially the disco ! Was great for my younger and older kids Staff made me the best coffee shakes upon request

Had purchased all meals lunch Brekky dinner And most dinners One order got completely missed on 1st night had to wait and pay for missed one in order 2nd night meal stuff up again So was bit disappointing
