Mieliśmy apartament z jacuzzi na tarasie, pokoj czysty, ładnie urządzony - wywarł na nas pozytywne wrażenie, a był to nasz któryś z hoteli na Krecie. Śniadania smaczne, drinki w barze przy basenie wyśmienite. Widok ze strefy basenowej na gory i morze zapierał dech w piersiach, zwłaszcza podczas zachodów słońca.

Het personeel is erg aardig en staat voor je klaar om je te helpen. Het hotel zelf bestaat uit 2 gebouwen, met ontbijt bij het zwembad. Onze kamer was goed; fijne douche die ook warm wordt, prima bed en leuk balkon met uitzicht op de stad Malia. Het zwembad is niet erg diep, maar lekker om even in af te koelen. Ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn fijn. Ook het ontbijt is goed; vrij uitgebreid.

"Perfecte afsluiter van onze rondreis op Kreta...rustig, mooi hotel!"

Goed verblijf, leuke kamer met praktische badkamer, we verbleven in de familiekamer met 2 bedjes op tussenverdiep. Mooi zwembad en leuke bar/restaurant. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam....top!

Ontbijt is ok maar geen variatie, zou wel beter zijn om iets meer af te wisselen.

Friendly staff, very clean.

Hotel does not look like so nice as on photos, everything is used and worn out, many things are not working properly, old and loud AC. Very poor quality and low variety of breakfast. I am really suprised that hotel has is highly ranked.

Accueil parfait Personnel agréable accueillant et très bienveillant Hôtel vraiment parfait et très ressourçant au vu de sa localisation Très calme Pas loin du centre Le restaurant de la piscine est top nous mangeons très très bien ! La piscine est parfaite Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

"The kindness of the staff is out of this world! Everything was clean, food was great!! And the pool!"

The best experience was with the staff! Everyone was so kind and friendly, and always keen to help! They even helped us preparing a cake and candles as a surprise for my father's birthday!! The room was super clean and cleaned every day! AND the food portions are huge! Especially the bolognese pasta and the Caesar salad! And the Notos burger! Must try!!

I liked everything! Just the WI-Fi was not super good, but also not needed! The hotel is also far away walking from the city, and with the hear it's difficult to walk 20min in the sun. But we could take a taxi to the beach from the hotel, which was all arranged by them!
