Hotel Colonna

Good location. Clean room. Fridge with space for bottles of 2L (I've never seen any frigobar in any hotel in that compact format with that option). We got room on 2nd floor with not so interesting view. Bed was really hard with pillows too soft. (After complaining, receptionist gave us other, much better pillows.) Showerhead holder was broken and they didn't fix it during our days, I had to try to fix it temporarily with some tape or gum. Toilet seat was also broken, with a sharp edged crack causing wounds easily. Wifi was weak in our room. Breakfast was very basic, poor and every day the same. It is on the rooftop, with a terrace with a nice view.

Our room was small but clean, we arrived very late at the hotel and there was no other room free, classic decoration.but very clean. although we have arrived late for breakfast around 10, we did not find any bread, omelettes, sausages, ham and kasser, the lady who was responsible for the breakfast had a lot of work but served us, at least brought to my husband scrambled eggs and fresh bread , in me a milk with coffee and fortunately for the little one he had enough croissants to eat with a nutella! Thanks!

Reception staff didn’t display eagerness at accommodating queries about day trip plans. It is not a language problem but attitude to assist is lacking. A/Cs are vital in providing comfort and regular inspections are necessary. Broken Shower doors, head holders made it less pleasant.

Centraal gelegen 10 minuten van airport met een bus. Trein en bus 10 minuten lopen . Schoon appartement handdoeken dagelijks schoon in de badkamer . Vriendelijk personeel . Goed ontbijt . Voldoende restaurants omgeving. Mooie boulevaart. Helaas geen strand terplaatsen . Maar ook weer goed te bereiken met de bus

I found the staff in the Hotel Colonna very helpful and they are well come for any query at any time. I am lucky to have a Colonna hotel because of the location near to many places I am looking for it. My room's excellent very comfortable I wish them continued success

It is 10 minutes from the train station; that stretch is boring, but if you stayed nearer the station you would have to walk it all the time to get to the nice stretch going down to the water. So the location is perfect: it's at the beginning of the interesting avenue leading to the water, so you see it all easily when you are out. The hotel is comfortable and well run, with reasonable rates.

Location is almost in the center of the city, maximum walks of 10 minutes to restaurants, bars, train station and bus station. Staff are nice, rooms are good, unfortunately showers are small although the toilets are big

Boa localização, o hotel fica numa rua linda, com lojas, cafés, praças próximas, e no final da rua fica o mar, com uma vista linda e bons restaurantes, o hotel é confortável, o café da manhã é bom, tem estacionamento em frente o hotel (parcheggio) ou uma garagem próxima ao custo de 15 euros o dia.
