Lovely old style hotel located in the centre of the city. The room was large with high ceiling and had balcony with view of Sassi. It was very quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good, lovely cakes and croissants. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Struttura in posizione top per visitare Matera, camera moderna e molto grande, silenziosissima, ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità sia dolce che salata, personale molto gentile e disponibile

Se proprio devo fare una critica, l'aver fatto pagare l'acqua che avevamo preso dal frigo della camera, non essendoci indicati da nessuna parte i prezzi pensavamo fosse compresa

"抜群のロケーションと、広々とした部屋"

便利なロケーション。中心部になるので荷物を持って階段を上り下りする必要がありません。 地図を使って町の概要を説明していただいて助かりました。 部屋から旧市街が見渡せ、テラスもついていて、天井も高く非常に広々とした部屋でした。

部屋のフリッジにあるミネラルウォーターが有料であることはチェックインに教えていただければよかったと思います。 部屋にも特に記載がなく、レセプションに確認しなければいけませんでした。
