Zaletą jest lokalizacja

Ponad 500 zł za suterenę w średnim standardzie to trochę przesada. Pachnie wilgocią, miejscami farba odchodzi od ścian

Poddasze wygodne, sofa trochę mała ale ok, działa suszarka, pralka,żelazko,wentylator itd Spokojnie mimo że w centrum, do dworca bliziutko. Ok
