Le service était super, l'homme de chambre est très serviable et est de bonne foie. Notre acceuil c'est très bien déroulée, ils nous ont même offert une meilleur chambre! Je recommande l'endroit la vue sur la ville de Fes à partir du toit est magnifique.

Le quartier autour est très local. Donc beaucoup d'harcèlement, mais cela fait partie de Fez et non pas du riad. Pour ceux qui aime l'immersion total dans la culture c'est la bonne endroit.

El servicio fue muy agradable, sobretodo Mustapha, quien fue muy amable y atento. Los desayunos increíbles. Las instalaciones estaban bien y hay un rooftop donde poder comer y que se veía todo Fez. Espectacular.

La cama de la planta superior era incómoda. La piscina no tiene filtración, aunque la limpiaban cada día.

Was iets buiten de Medina. Op een morgen was het water uitgevallen; na aangeven werd er wel direct actie ondernomen.
