Great sized unit. Good parking. Lovely pool & bbq. Pleasant interaction with office.

Bare basic offering. Although there was evidence of cleaning regime, tiled floor, and particularly grout was not well cleaned. New-age cleaning equipment like steam cleaning mops should be used. Upholstery on chairs and couch really needed a steam clean. No cleaning sprays provided to assist to keep space clean during this 10 day stay. Also no prior notification that unit we were allocated had concrete walls directly outside the balcony. This was a big enough variation to photos posted on website as to be regarded as false advertising.

Room and appliances need a little attention.

This was a brilliant place to stay.The location was excellent for us close to everything. We did have a car with us. We were on a ground floor unit which was perfect for our needs. Please note there are three flights of stairs for level one it is a bit of a hike with luggage. Long walks to rooms if on higher levels. No lifts. The rooms could do with a update. We had a two bedroom, only one lounge in lounge room so was a bit uncomfortable if two or more people in lounge area. Furniture a bit outdated. No Tvs in bedroom if you wanted to relax in bed and watch TV. Unit was a great size. Full kitchen and laundry was very handy. Woolworths is a short drive away for shopping. Very quiet and clean inside of unit. For a large complex we did not hear any other guests. Very quiet apartment block. Secure parking onsite which was great, felt safe coming in late at night. We will stay here again in ground floor unit. Excellent value for money.

The owner Rod is an extremely kind person. My husband forgot his passport there and he has taken the onus of sending it back to us. Also the location of the apartment is excellent. Just 5 minutes walk to the esplanade. Extremely clean and a nice spatious apartment. I strongly recommend anyone visiting Cairns should stay here

This accomodation is clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to the centre of town, without being in an area that is noisy. Super comfy beds, wonderful shower and manager extremely nice.
