Nice views to the Caldera from our room.

The only issue l felt upset was the lady at the main desk scolded me for asking the waiter at the entrance of the kitchen (instead of asking her at the main desk) for some additional milk for breakfast.

Great location with excellent view. Can even see sunrise from upstairs bedroom which is a surprise. Good breakfast and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Struttura piccola e accogliente. Posizione che offre un panorama notevole sulla caldera dalla maggior parte delle stanze e appena si esce dall'hotel. La posizione è perfetta per muoversi a piedi tra Firostefani, Fira e Imerovigli. Inoltre, a pochissima distanza c'è un grande parcheggio (gratuito durante la nostra permanenza, a maggio). Siamo stati costantemente supportati dalla proprietaria, che ci ha prenotato gli spostamenti da e verso l'aeroporto, ci ha fatto recapitare un'auto direttamente all'hotel, ci ha dato consigli su ristoranti e attività. La colazione (con piatti dolci e salati) è stata servita in camera all'orario da noi indicato. In camera c'è un frigo ben fornito. Lo staff è stato discreto e disponibile.

Voglio consigliare, a chi è sensibile al rumore, di portare tappi per le orecchie. Come è normale per una struttura che si trova in centro città, c'è un vivace passaggio di persone e mezzi di fronte alla struttura.

Tania from the reception was very nice and helpful, we got the room 9 in the morning instead of waiting until 14. The room itself was comfortable, with lots of light and warm jacuzzi inside. Unfortunately we didn’t book the volcano view, but even then we had a nice sea view from the balcony We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel
