"Previous stays were wonderful so I’m hoping this was just an off day."

Breakfast service great, bar staff pleasant

Didn’t get the fire lit having asked three times so did it myself. No pen/pencil/paper in room so couldn’t fill in breakfast card (which was also missing) No soap for the bath, it was attached to a wall four feet away just in case I wanted to steal it… reception staff could have been more helpful

Very unusual boutique hotel. Many quaint areas to sit in and open fires very warming on cold days.

Missed a cosy bar/lounge area. Always nice to chat to other guests. Hotel lends to private dining and drinking only. Knives for breakfast are blunt. Couldn’t cut anything,

"Beautiful Bushmills."

Superb high quality hotel with spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds & great bathrooms . Excellent menus for both breakfast & dinner in the restaurant & great bar meal menu too. The staff are so friendly , attentive & provide a high quality service.
