"Superb"

Great property, very comfortable rooms. The staff at the hotel was amazing. Great location and near the Causeway.

Restaurant service left much to be desired. Not as attentive as I would expect. Felt like we were more of an imposition then guests. I would be more understanding if they were busy but it was half full. The food was good.

This is a cute old hotel, but clean and updated with sitting room. The shower was very difficult to figure out. Dining was nice and the pub had many areas to sit. Parking is free and plenty of it. In the heart of the town. Not much going on in this town.

Our check in was outstanding; the young man even took us directly to our room! He was so thorough & kind, assisting us in arranging dinner reservations and so forth. The hotel is unique; there are thoughtful touches throughout. Memorable stay; just what we hoped!

Location, old world charm

Given the high cost of the room, breakfast could have been included. When coming from Australia, everything costs us double to the rest of the world as it is due to the exchange rate.
