The front desk help were very friendly and helpful

The location is ok, lots of highway noise Air conditioner was very loud with lots of annoying noises all night, the floor vibrated sometimes when the unit came on Rooms need to be updated Bedding needs upgrade. The Fairfield Inn I frequently stay at, City View Ft. Worth, has much more comfortable bedding, love the all white sheets and comforter at City View, seems fresh and clean WIFI did not work in my room. I had to leave before checkout time the last day because I needed to work on my computer but was unable to connect to Wifi

"Worst Fairfield Inn in 30 years!!!"

Cockroaches in the room. When I went to check out the gentleman who I believe was the manager acted like it was no big thing. He said they have them all the time. I said that means your infested and again he acted like it was no big deal even after I told him I was Titanium Lifetime Elite and I would never stay there again. He didn’t offer to put points back in my account or anything. He didn’t bat an eye.
