"A comfortable stay. Reception staff were not professional."

Location and cleanliness.

We booked a garden-view room and requested a quiet one. Yet we were given a street-view room with noise in the middle of the night. We reflected to the hotel and were told that the hotel was fully booked and it would get back to us if a garden-view room could be given back to us. Yet nobody got back to us. Further, we checked in before 3pm and were told that no garden-view room was available. The type of room booked was clearly indicated in our booking.

El hotel esta super bien ubicado, tiene una configuracion en dos edificios, pero el personal es muy amable, espacios adecuados de habituacion y excelente opcion si vas a viajar desde atocha a otro destino

"Fantástico hotel si viajas a Madrid en tren y por trabajo."

La ubicación es junto a la estación de Atocha; por ello, si se viaja por trabajo y en tren, es fantástica (pues se llega en cinco minutos a pie desde la estación). Si se ha viajado a Madrid para cualquier otro tema, el hotel está un poco lejos.

En general no hay casi nada malo que decir, pues las habitaciones estaban muy bien y bastante limpias. Por poner un pero, decir que si se viaja a Madrid y no se va en tren, el hotel no está cerca de los lugares de interés.
