Bonjour Cela fait maintenant deux fois que ça nous arrive de suite une fois calella en Espagne et aujourd’hui ici à Marseille ibis l’hôtel est une saleté incroyable je ne sais pas si nous allons continuer à réserver sur votre site 😡

Ibis basique 2 étoiles (pas de séche-cheveux), mais pratique par la localisation et à distance de marche du vieux port. Parking payant sur place bien appréciable Personnel très agréable

"Bien mais peut être facilement amélioré "

Il manque une bouilloire ( très important ) les cintres sont en nombre insuffisant , il n'y a aucune place pour poser sa trousse de toilette dans la salle de douche . Quant aux serviettes leur seule place est au dessus des toilettes; pas très hygiénique !

I was given room 701 As I entered room there was a bad odor of mold. I did not ask for replacement as I did not want to get into arguments. Definitely a location to avoid, although located in the city centre.

"Agréable séjour "

Chambre spacieuse, hôtel bien situé proche du vieux port (15min à pieds) manque de signalisation pour le parking dommage qu’ii ai besoin de sortir de la voiture aller à la réception récupérer les clés+badge pour accéder au parking. (pour les personnes à mobilité réduites où famille avec des enfants en bas âge un peu limite…) mais sinon très bon séjour personnel accueillant hôtel propre, bonne literie on dors très bien

La chambre est agréable mais il y faut un peu froid. Le petit déjeuner est plus que basic mieux vaut aller sur la Place de la préfecture qui se trouve à deux pas. Le personnel est accueillant tout dépend sur qui vous tombez. Certains sont à l'instar de la direction à savoir rigide ce que ne correspond pas vraiment à l'esprit marseillais.

Staff muito prestativa. Hotel está bem localizado com fácil acesso aos transportes e ao centro a pé. limpeza e arrumação do quarto deixou não são pontos positivos e deixou a desejar. Pequeno almoço simples.
