L'établissement est agréable, situé juste à côte des télé-cabines pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter des pistes de ski. Et pour se détendre, piscine, hammam et sauna! Il n'y a pas de restauration sur place mais on peut avoir des viennoiseries et du pain frais tous les matins. La "carte hôte" donne accès gratuitement au train Mont-Blanc Express qui va de St-Gervais à Martigny. Juste à savoir: presque aucun commerce à Vallorcine même (une boulangerie et un café) il faut faire les courses avant d'arriver.

I have contacted you repeatedly by email, and you have completely ignored every message. This behavior is not only unprofessional, it is unacceptable and borders on fraudulent. It has been nearly two weeks since my departure, and you have failed to refund the deposit as per your own stated policy. At this point, your silence reflects a clear disregard for your responsibilities as a service provider. You are hereby given 7 calendar days to refund the full amount of €300. If the funds are not returned by then, I will immediately proceed with formal complaints to: • My bank (to initiate a chargeback), • The booking platform I used, • And French consumer protection and tourism authorities. I am keeping a full record of this communication and will not hesitate to take further action. This matter requires your immediate attention.

not having a place to store our boots & skis (had to keep them in our studio room)

We liked the location, great family friendly accommodation, free transport into Chamonix and cleanliness of the property.

No local shop or bread service during off season.
