Dormio Resort Les Portes du Mont Blanc: "It's Your Problem" In 15 years of traveling, I've never experienced anything like this. We were delayed by traffic and tried to contact the hotel from 7 p.m. onwards, but without success. No one answered. Not even to the Booking.com customer service. We had to book in another place. In the morning, after unsuccesfully trying to contact them again several times, we found out that the reception staff left our key in an envelope without notifying us. No text, no call, no email—nothing. We did not get a refund nor any excuses or clarifications. When we pointed this out to the incredibly rude woman at the desk, she smiled mockingly and insisted that "if you didn't contact reception in time, it's your problem." The reception times are not marked in the reservation nor in the automated text you receive when you book. As if it's normal for a hotel to vanish into thin air at 7 p.m. and leave keys lying around without any notification. To solve the problem, next time we'll simply book with a professional establishment that values customer satisfaction more than being right about their ridiculous policies. You can smell the overpowering chlorine from the pool all the way down the hall. The wooden terrace is old, and completely soaked after the rain. Go somewhere else; there are dozens of great hotels in the area. But if you choose this one, hey! That's your problem :)

Grande appartamento ben arredato, pulito e fornito di tutto, bella terrazza con tavolo e sedie. Posizione un po’ isolata ma presente stazione dei treni giusto dietro.

Assurdo dover togliere le lenzuola dal letto il giorno del check out, capisco lasciare l’appartamento in condizioni decenti ma addirittura dover disfare i letti è troppo. Inoltre dovrebbero almeno mettere delle macchinette automatiche con l’essenziale, il primo supermercato è a Chamonix, più di 20 minuti di auto.

un petit manque de lumière dans le séjour on ajoute un boulanger dans le complexe et tout est parfait
