bad reception service. excellent room although not the cleanest.

The town and the valley! Everything is easily accessible! We appreciated the quite of this town, but its convenient connection to major location like Argentiere and Chamonoix.

In the past there were some sun-beds in a dedicated area next to the swimming pool. It was great to sun-tan after swimming. Now the sun-beds were removed and after our request to reception desk it was declared that they were removed because some customers brought to the swimming pool some grass (although dedicated area is on a wooden floor and next to it there is not grass). It would be great to have solarium back!

المنتجع يبعد عن شامونية 25 دقيقة بالسيارة اهـلاً بالراحه والهدوء والاستجمام، يوفر تذاكر بالقطار الى شامونية ولكنني لم اجربها انصح به للذين يرغبون بالهدوء ولبعد عن المدينة

كانت شقتي تطل على النهر وكان صوت النهر مسموع بوضوح ولكن ليس بالأمر المزعج

This is my second stay at Dormio, last year I had an apartment in building À, but this time I had apartment in section C. I appreciate the experience provided by Dormio and I would gladly return next year!

Everything was similar to what I knew and appreciated from last year, except for the couch which needs to be replaced in apartment C15 because it's almost unusable when it's retracted.

La piscine et espace détente sont bien. L’hôtel se trouve proche du téléphérique, parfait pour les gens qui souhaitent prendre de l’altitude. Proche de beaucoup de sentiers de randonnée.

Je pensais qu’on allait avoir un « vrai » lit mais on a eu un clic clac pas très confortable, qui grinçaient beaucoup. Les oreillers étaient pas top… la propriété laisse aussi à désirer, on a eu 1 rouleau de papier toilette pour 2 pour 3j. On a du aller se servir dans les toilettes de la réception car plus personne a l’accueil entre 13h30 et 16h.

خوف أطفالي بعد دخول احد الموظفين لهم فجاة والشجار مع أطفالي بدون وجودي أنا وسبب رعب شديد لهم سوف أقوم بشكوي كبيره إذا لم يرد استحقاقي

نظافه مراتب السرر ودورات المياه

المخدات قديمه تحتاج تغيير أواني المطبخ مستخدمه وليست نظيفه وآلة تحميص الخبز والغلايه متسخه جدا طلبت منهم تغيرها وبدلوا لي الغلايه لكن الحماصه قالوا لي مافيه غيرها كل الموجود نفسها كذلك مطل الشقق فيه ترميمات والنهر لم يكن مثل الموجود بالصور الكنبات قديمه نوعا ما
