The location of the hotel is great

The rooms are tired and dated, the shower kept falling off the wall, the wardrobe doors kept slipping and the drawers in the bedside units were not fit for purpose.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The big bed is already just 2 small ones, but Okey, it's not the worst. Also unfriendly service and old furniture in the rooms that are really basic. So price qualiti wise its already realy lacking and over priced. When we left the hotel. My wife forgot her bag. So we called the hotel to see if it was still in the room. They instantly say no not here. We then go back to the hotel to ask if they want to check the cameras to see if we came in with the bag when we entered before going to sleep. They instantly sed no go to police and started insulting my wife that she is a thieve and might have put the bag under het jacket. We are on vacation and have better things to do then this. In the bag we're our passports and 2.5k euro in cash. But no one saw it. I have video of them insulting my wife and also Cleary visible that they are lying even e child can see this. When the police contacted the hotel suddenly they found the bag 3 days laten aperantly on top of a closed roles in a blanked. After 3 days 😐 shows already how clean they are ... when we went to pick up the bag the manager was there to try and rectify the situation. We checked and the money was there but clearly touched becaus I always put my money in identical directions. And on top of that the passports wer surely done while they were in the same bag and wallet. So the money is there but passports are gone that makes 0 sens in any kind of way ! The cleaning service and desk workers all lulled the same rope to protect themselves but any person with 1 brain cell in his head can see its done out of spite. In there mind they lose the money they stole or try to steal. But took the passports out of revenge. So now we have to stay in Spain Spain 3-8 weeks before we get the new papers to leave. So in the end it would have been cheaper if they stole the money but left the passports. The working staff are liers and thieves.
