Hometel Chandigarh

The location of the hotel was very close to the city, with minimal traffic for entering and exiting. The car park facility and the guards were doing an excellent job, welcoming people warmly. Room service was exceptional as I left the room for the day, and when I returned, it was impeccably clean. Banging noises were quite natural from the level 7 room, which was one floor above mine. Early birds were quite lively, but I found it amusing and I had a great time listening to it. The on-site staff was very helpful and attentive, thoroughly addressing my questions and concerns. Laundry services were efficient and well-managed. The gym area was good, though it was somewhat small. Nonetheless, it was well-equipped and served its purpose fairly. I will visit them as again on my next journey as i am kind of familiar to hotel.

The WIFI was good for the first few days but then stopped functioning, and I had to contact reception to fix the issue. During the remainder of my stay, it was very slow. Additionally, my suggestion would be regarding the payment process for food ordered after hours or snacks and drinks consumed from the room. These payments should be cleared as part of the final bill at checkout rather than leaving the bill on the desk. This approach would help avoid confusion between the customer and the food department, as well as among the reception staff during checkout. Paying the amount is not an issue, but it should be handled in an organized sequence.
