M Star Hotel Mansfield

When someone asks for a non-smoking room, its not advisable to give them a room with air-conditioning that stinks of nicotine. Other than permanents there was no other patrons the night we stayed, we should have got the best room on offer, maybe that was it???? Its old and smelly. Not on my return list

Convenient location

Beds were uncomfortable. We had 2 adults and 1 child. 2 towels provided, one had not been cleaned and had a giant yellow smelly stain.

my stay was remarkable I didn't have any complaints the staff is wonderful really care about their guests .

We enjoyed the location the staff was awesome.

The shower head was way too low for our liking and couple things from previous guests were left under the beds other than that we were pretty satisfied.

It’s located in an area where food isn’t a problem. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom walls had stains on them. The room also was a no smoking room but it sure had its sent of cigarettes. Also the mattress didn’t have a protective layer. Since the mattress was bare we saw nasty yellow stains on the mattress.

The store next door and the staff and price

No bathtub and pillows looked old as hell as in dirty but the type of look you can’t wash away. new pillows are needed

The room was clean and tidy. There were plenty of towels and necessities that were accomodating. The AC Unit worked and was a quality Unit.

There was no hand soap. I had hand soap and sanitizer on my person, but the lack of any was disturbing. There were only two pillows, which definitely needed more stuffing in them. I did need to go to the entrance of the building to get a drink that wasn't coffee or tap water. Even a vending machine on the second floor would be appreciated.

The room was so tiny no room to even turn around in the bathroom
