We got upgraded to a large suite which was very exciting for the kids. Overall, cleanliness was good.

We got upgraded to a suite and told our kids could sleep on the pullout couch. However, we had to take all of the wrapping off of the brand new mattress and ask for sheets to make up the bed. I don’t think the room was quite prepared for guests yet. It was nice to know we were the first ones in there, but it still look like it was a construction zone and not ready to be slept in.

Clean, nice beds, excellent staff

Breakfast buffet was terrible. All hotels need to offer more than fake eggs. Coffee needs to upgraded. I had to take a tray to my room for my disabyhusband and the attendant in the cafeteria did find me one. She was excellent
