Our biggest issue was the room itself. Many things in disrepair, filthy and black mold in the bathroom.

Night desk man was sweet and friendly. Morning service quick and effecient. Room had some hiccups, its old - but clean and you could tell they were putting money back into the place to update it. Served well for a last minute booking for one night. Thank you!

Other than the entrance was hard to find, place was clean and close to food.

The front desk person didnt ask me what room i wanted that was available. I ended up on the second floor and at the end. It was very difficult to carry my stuff and my child up n down the stairs. And your t.v didnt really want to work for me

Bathtub was in disrepair. Flaking on the tub floor.

Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our checkin was perfect and the front desk service was exceptional.

The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely amazing. His customer service with stellar. The place was very clean. And the room was updated and well kept.

The staff was pleasant but the room was dirty. The room pictures on Expedia do no match even close the room we were given. The lights in the ceiling were burnt out, no screens on the windows that were mostly painted over. We used spray cleaner in the tub and sink before using the shower and bathroom. Non smoking room but there was a cigarette burn on the comforter. The mattress was old, neither my husband or myself are big people but when you sat on the bed you went right to the bottom which was a hard frame. Price was ok just know what you are getting.

James at the front desk was both professional and personable during check in. The room was spacious and quiet, for the most part. I heard some noise from the floor above, but it wasn't bothersome. The bathtub didn't look completely clean, but it wasn't filthy, by any means. Everything else was clean. Have motels stopped providing tissues? Empty holder still on the wall. We had our own, so I didn’t ask for more, but I have noticed this in several places recently.
