"Would absolutely stay here again in Venice"

Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the people were nice and attentive. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Consider staying here instead of on the main island as it's less expensive and close to the train station so it's easy to get to and from the main island

The room was extremely hot and staff could not get us cool. They would not let us control the air conditioner. The staff was pleasant. Reminded me of upgraded super 8 with no breakfast

The hotel is very inviting and the hotel its self is nice. The location is good near the station, the area isn’t the nicest. Bed wasn’t to my taste didn’t find it comfortable and the walls and floors are very thin so could hear lots of noise. Also very annoying to have to ask reception to turn the aircon to your room every day. Some would like it, and somethings I like but overall you want a good night sleep and that wasn’t the best here.

Staff was helpful, had a great stay. My only hiccup was when my guest and I needed to book a taxi to the airport to go home 2.5 days prior, the lady I spoke with didn’t know the airport wasn’t open until 4am. So we ended up having the taxi come for 2am and we sat waiting for a while before allowed access to the airport. Was unfortunate nobody else noticed this, to tell us to book the taxi later, and didn’t inform us about the airports hours of operation. Otherwise a great spot to stay

The hotel is clean, the staff are really nice and helpful, the breakfast is very good a lot of choices, the bed is nice and the bathroom is comfortable. The ladies in the front desk are the best, they are always with smile and willing to help. I love it, for sure I will stay here next time.
